I. Light Dinner and Networking
17:00 to 18:00

  1. Network with professional and company colleagues from both Copenhagen AND Malmo
  2. And meet Øresund Synergy!

II. Interactive Workshop Program
18:00 to 21:00

  1. Short Introduction: How does Flanders Synergy achieve its Training Network success?
  2. Participation in New, Interactive Work Organization Game (Tzatziki), with four forms of work organization related to the the Demand/Control Model, with commentary by Robert Karasek.
  3. Discussion of the consequences of the work organization experiential game in terms of creativity, productivity, and satisfaction.
  4. Speak out (or Listen) in a Sequenced-set of Round-Table Discussions, debating how such training experiences could/should occur in the Copenhagen and/or Malmo area.
