Per Sederblad PhD in Sociology, lecturer in Working Life Science.

Research areas: Work organisation and management/leadership in the service sector, Japanese production concepts and Lean Production with focus on teamwork and trust between managers and employees. Project leader for a project on the conversion strategies of the truck and bus producing company Scania. The project was ended in April 2014. Editor for the book ”Lean i arbetslivet” (Lean in working life. Liber, 2013). Per Sederblad is a teacher at Urban Studies and a researcher at CTA (Centre for Work Life Studies) at Malmö University.

I will have a talk with the students that supported us during the session in Malmö and discuss how we shall continue with the game and contribute to the development of Öresund synergy. I look very much forward to that!

Excellent review of research related to stress in the work place. It covers all of the relevant theory and history of creating a productive and healthy work setting. This book could also be used in a higher education class.

This is a classic in the area of Stress research. It outlines the most widely used model of occupational stress and gives a good understanding if its development and use. It is n't a perfect model but it has advanced our understanding of stress in the workplace. Should be on everyones shelf.
