Conducivity Work Redesign Game
The Conducivity Game teaches adaptable processes for job redesign design to promote highly innovative products, high quality output, and enriched quality of work life. The game demonstrates how the links to adaptive customer demands can lead directly to changes in worker skill coordination - and visa versa.
Visual tools provide game participants with easy-to-use “language tools” for communicating new combinations of skills (“worker’s skill plates”) and allow workers themselves to redesign their job situations.
These create new work organization “languages” and communication pathways - both within work groups and outside, to customers - facilitating participative both work redesign and innovation production.
